Returns & Cancellations

For hygiene reasons, our products are sealed with a security seal.

Therefore, returns and cancellations are only possible if:

  • the hygiene seal is intact and unopened
  • the product is unused
  • the return is made within 14 days of receipt

Products with a damaged or removed hygiene seal are excluded from exchange for health and hygiene reasons.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
