Returns & Right of Withdrawal

For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare products are sealed with a protective hygiene seal.

Returns are only accepted if:

• the hygiene seal is fully intact and unopened

• the product is unused

• the return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order

Products with a broken or removed hygiene seal are excluded from return due to health and hygiene regulations.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
